Generation/Production
  • Establishes the principles and methodologies for generation tariffs practiced by government-owned companies
  • Establishes the principles and methodologies for generation tariffs practiced by private companies operating in more than one state
  • Fixes tariffs of generating companies owned or controlled by the Central Government and tariffs for generating companies other than those owned or controlled by the Central Government if involved in composite scheme for generation and sale of electricity in more than one State
