Import/Export
  • issues import and export licences
  • sets maximum tariffs for electricity and gas imports
Generation/Production
  • issues generation operational licences and construction authorizations
Wholesale/Trading
  • issues licences for power market service provision activities
  • participates in the approval of market rules
  • establish model forms or mandatory provisions for energy and natural gas supply and service contracts to be signed between Licensees and registers such contracts as well as contracts for export and import

  • sets tariffs only for system operator
