Council of European Energy Regulators
The CEER is a "not for profit association" which brings together the independent national energy regulators from the Member States of the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA). The CEER acts as a focal point for contacts between national energy regulators and is their interface at a European level with the European Commission, in particular DG Transport and Energy, DG Competition and DG Research, on energy issues.
