CAMPUT is a self-supporting, non-profit organization of federal, provincial, and territorial boards and commissions which are responsible for the regulation of the electric, water, gas, and pipeline utilities in Canada. The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) of the United States of America, and the Comisión Reguladora de Energía (CRE) in Mexico are associate members of CAMPUT.
