This section aims at facilitating and enhancing exchange of information among energy regulators.
It is composed by three sections:

	a calendar, containing information about ICER activities and about events held by ICER members, i.e. the Regional Regulatory Associations
	a regulatory research exchange database, intended as a database gathering publications concerning regulation and regulatory issues
	a training database, divided into two subsections: training programmes endorsed by the ad hoc ICER Virtual Working Group 4 (that focuses on Education, Training and Best Practices) and  the IERN Training Database, made up of training programmes gathered and listed by the IERN team after scanning the Internet all through to provide users interested in energy regulation with updated information about the vast majoriy of relevant programmes held anywhere in the world.
