In this section, you will find basic information about the National regulatory Authorities in the electricity sector. All of them have been given by regulators themselves through a survey sent by IERN in 2009. Regulators are now responsible for the regular updating of their own information (the fulfillment of this task is evaluated thanks to the map available on the IERN starting page).

On the left hand side of this page, by clicking on the different Regulatory Associations, you have access to the information of their respective National regulatory Authorities.

This database contains: the name of the National regulatory Authority, a link to its website, information on the sectors it has competences to regulate, its last annual report, the date of its legal establishment, a chart representing its organizational structure, the amount of its annual budget and the number of employees it has.
