The Center of Studies of Energy Regulatory Activities (CEARE) was created as a result of an agreement of the School of Law and the School of Business of Universidad de Buenos Aires and the Federal Regulatory Bodies for Gas (ENARGAS) and Electricity (ENRE). It is aimed at offering training human resources in the area of energy regulation in the Argentine Republic, as well as promoting integration between Regulatory Bodies, regulated companies and Academic Institutions in connection with knowledge transfer, research and enforcement experience gathered by regulatory bodies.
Post-graduate Course of Specialization on Legal and Economic Structure of Energy Regulation 13 months in total: 6 months basic cycle + 3 months intermediate cycle + 3 months advanced cycle + 1 month final seminar This programme is addressed to regulators, consultants, companies and university graduates who are willing to expand their legal, economic and technical knowledge of energy regulation through an interactive and practical methodology, combining classroom courses and case studies. It is composed of three cycles (basic, middle, advanced) and a final seminar. Part-time attendance is also possible.
