Its success will be assured primarily by the energy and enthusiasm of workshop members in contributing their varied experiences and views.
Format: 9 or more workshops of 100 delegates with moderator, "rapporteur" and "scribe"

Topics common to all workshops
 

   
  • How far should regulation be influenced by broader policy considerations? For example: income distribution; regional development; the environment; sustainable development.
  • Should regulation of energy production, in terms of supply and price, be confined to the case of the vertically-integrated utility, electric or gas?
  • What will be the challenges of tomorrow's regulators?
